The co-employment agreement provides that Accent Employer Solutions becomes the employer of record so that any issues regarding governmental agencies come directly to us.
State unemployment claims are made to us. The IRS looks to us to provide proper withholding for all payroll taxes, including social security and Medicare. Handbooks, job descriptions, employee applications, and proper HR management prevent many potential employee grievance claims.
Because we are the Professional Employer Organization, we have a vested interest in handling all claims in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
You may be faced with various claims from:
- Employees (accidents, discrimination, or harassment)
- Ex-employees (unemployment benefits)

In addition, employees may make claims for earned time off or COBRA reimbursement. We will handle or process every claim on your behalf in a professional and timely manner.
